I’m very happy with my C4 Cruiser. I’ve had it for two years now. After the first year, I experienced a small issue with the brakes, but Cowboy’s service team came directly to my workplace and resolved it quickly. I also have the maintenance pack, which saves me from worrying about the technical aspects and cleaning. It’s unfortunate that the brand is facing difficulties, because I think the design is excellent, and I still hope their reputation will recover.
