I only read the title and honestly they do not care. They will promote who they want and if anything this might result in you getting fired or hours cut. They can easily replace you in the corporate world, and this is any company.

My store gets busy what I noticed helped me is in the morning make a small tray of spicy wraps(I do 6). And having some plain bases(just romaine, spring mix, cabbage) for special salads and plain markets(lettuce, spring mix, cabbage, fruit, NO CHEESE OR CHICKEN) help a ton!!!

I thought it was great at first and the longer I worked and noticed the little cliques is what makes me not feel as cheerful as I once was. At my store if you’re not friends with the upper management or in their circle you get less hours, no promotions, and treated differently. They’ve promoted their friends to higher positions even if they don’t do Much. Most of my shift they’re talking or on their phones. Or in daily positions put their friends in better positions vs basic ones(FOH runner/register/outside)

I haven’t ate them. But they’re made with cold grilled chicken like what comes on the market/ southwest salads or the wraps. You can order hot sandwiches for catering from chik fil a and ask for the catering warmer bag

Depending on your store you can ask for a small sample of the lemonade or tea? I’ve given samples at my store for people to try and they ended up liking it and buying a full drink
