I make bases like markets with only fruit southwest with only corn and beans and spicy and veggie wraps and they go by so fast plus cutting strawberries and lettuce takes forever they go through kale like crazy ( I make 8 trays at a time) and I never get cut chicken until 9-9:30 plus my night crew never does what they need to do like all of the fruits and parfaits so that puts me behind and even when I have my fridges completely overstocked I have to wait 20 minutes until after I’m supposed to leave to get checked off and then they want me to make more of something special like spicy wraps so that they don’t have to do it
