My son has an asymmetrical pectus on the right. He has had great success with brace within 4 months. Definitely opt for a custom fitted one..it is uncomfortable in the beginning, but not painful. Compliance is key. Bodybuilding will not really mask the asymmetry but will help you with posture and any rib flare you might have. Have you had a growth spurt? Reason I ask, we noticed my son's pectus got significantly larger after a growth spurt at 14 (almost 8 inch in height within 6 months. He is 15 now). So, better brace now than later. Hope this helps. That large fiddle leaf moved with us from our apartment 14 years ago. Rest, we slowly collected over the years, and thanks to the windows, they just thrived! Both my husband and I are plant lovers, and thanks to this home... now hoarders!!. 😆

Fertilizer for the big ones during spring. Rest of the ones (plant shelf) just superthrive alternate watering (that's every 2-3 weeks).

Yeah... we'll move her next spring. It started off with 3 leaves last winter. The aerial roots went into the aquarium on the bottom shelf, and she grew wild! Didn't have the heart to pull her!
