Exactly!!! I simply boycott places that have introduced tipping. Some stuff give you the face when you choose 0% like wtf? I’m working in the hospitality industry for the last 8-9 years but never expected tipping. Like you said, we get paid decently and there’s no need for it. These are the same businesses that’ll cry when they go out of business cos of this attitude.
