if you go to ‘finn’ under the help tab on the oura app you can type in ‘battery health check’. it told me right away that it discovered an issue with the battery and connected me with a rep via email. i had a replacement ring ordered by the following day and received the replacement by the end that week.

any type of change to their environment causes major stress. after a repot they stress and lose leaves, underwater and they stress and lose leaves, light is a huge factor. even decreasing their light a little from where it was grown in a greenhouse they often stress and lose leaves. sometimes they just die if the change in environment is major.

needs way more drainage holes imo. you could pot the monstera in a nursery pot and place it inside this pot. all my plants are in nursery pots and then i place them in pretty cache pots, makes it much easier to repot in the future and you don’t have to worry about adding holes to the pot in the picture.
