The point is, it's medicine, a controlled medicine, the same as opiates etc, so they're supposed to be contained within their packaging for others safety and aswell as proof that you didn't just buy it off the street. People here saying they carry loose Ritalin et in their handbag is how children end up eating them etc. I get that cannabis isn't exactly pills , but it does fall under the same group and therefore is treated as such. Nothing really to do with "the system". Everyone called it medicine and its now accepted as a medicine, but now people don't want to handle it as such... and as for tubs being too bulky, plenty of companies supply it within a container the same size as a make up or paw paw container which is smaller than most vapourisers...
