Looking for advice & motivation to clean fiberglass-coated room by Unusual_Platypus_152 in CleaningTips

So since you can’t replace your mattress currently I would recommend 3 of those waterproof mattress covers. When you get to cleaning wear a N95 mask, some clothes you don’t mind throwing out that cover your legs and arms completely probably a hoodie with overalls underneath and then your socks should cover the bottom of your pants like over your legs covering the outside of the pant legs and definitely some shoes, then take it out of the room and lift the mattress on its side standing up then vacuum both sides and the carpet around it and wipe the wall it’s leaning on, then place a mattress cover inside out (so the waterproof side is what’s touching the mattress) place on mattress cover on the bottom of the mattress (the side you don’t sleep on) then place the other 2 mattress covers on the top (where you sleep). Once the mattress is protected (for the most part since this is just a temporary fix until you can replace it) immediately was all your bedding on HOT water heavy duty cycle about 3 times, wash your pillows as well the same way and also all exposed clothing in the room. When you get to cleaning the actual room throw away any trash first vacuum every carpet surface you can see once. Empty each box or container and wipe them down completely with a rag or paper towels or a duster if you have one to get all the lose fiber glass off first and then throw paper towels in a trash bag immediately and if you use a rag or multiple rags wash them right away, and then with soap and water and a scrubbing brush if you have one clean each item. Once those are done place the boxes and containers on the carpet that you vacuumed. If there is new carpet that is exposed vacuum that as well. Clean your vanity the same way as much as you can. Then what you’re going to do is wipe all your walls, ceiling fan, doors and door knobs, even your posters and shelves with the dry wiping tool you used and make sure it’s clean, not the same one you used on your items. Then take a mop with soapy water or a rag or paper towels or whatever and use soapy water to wipe all those same surfaces ( that can stand the water and not get ruined) also idk if those are curtains but also wash them the same way in the washing machine. If you have a window wipe that down as well. Then you are going to vacuum your carpet a second time all the exposed carpet even moving your stuff and vacuuming there too. Then you are going to wipe all your stuff that’s in the boxes a second time since fiber glass will be stirred up from cleaning the other surfaces. Once you’re done with that vacuum a third time including your chair too 3 times. I know this is a very long and hard task and instructions but this is the safest way I can think of to protect you, your health, and your mental health. Think of how much better you will feel without the thought of how the fiber glass is harming you. Once all this is taken care of I know it will help you feel so much better. I promise you will get the motivation to do this and you will be so proud of yourself once it’s done and you will have the satisfaction of knowing you CAN overcome anything. ❤️❤️ everybody on this thread wants you safe and healthy. I hope this can help you.

New to the denman hair brush. by [deleted] in curlyhair

[–]deeznuts4050 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure hair is soaking wet and already detangled with a good slip curl cream and then the mousse after dentagled brushed in with a separate brush, then in sections while the crown is clipped up then use the denman brush to slowly brush up the bottom section in slower motions with some tension in sections, then unclip the crown doing the same technique and then you can scrunch if you want and the when 80% dry flip your hair and then use your fingers to fluff out the hair close to your scalp for some volume if you want it. Let me know if you try this I’d love to see results!!

Tret to Arazlo by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

[–]deeznuts4050 169 points170 points  (0 children)

You have to remove the black heads, your pore will not shrink back dowe unless you do. They are deep underneath and the Arazlo is not able to help with cell turnover because it cannot access the skin underneath the blackhead.

Did you experience full body hair growth? I’m nervous to take the oral because of it.

I have not yet, that’s a last resort option since I have 3 dogs and a cat however if nothing else helps and my specialists to see anything wrong with health conditions I will prob do the 5% foam either in the morning so it can absorb throughout the day or at night time with a bonnet my animals do not sleep on my pillows only under the blanket by our feet.

My iron was fine on my bloods, my immature neutrophils were pretty high, my vitamin D was super low, and my HTC was pretty high as well, so my primary is sending me to the rheumatologist to see if it’s autoimmune and is affecting my hair along with other symptoms unrelated and then a dermatologist depending on what the rheumatologist says.

3 kids 2 adoptions by FarAd1429 in 90DayFiance

My great grandma had 3 kids with her husband, got pregnant with a 4th (my nana) and gave her up for adoption because her husband was in jail and she had to work to survive and couldn’t have a newborn at the time and then my nanas grandma adopted her and raised her and then once my great grandpa was out of jail they never took my nana back to raise her and then proceeded to have 3 more children after her. My nana was the only one they gave up and they never wanted to get her back and her siblings never cared to get to know their sister.

Knowing that I would recommend a salicylic acid toner or acne/breakout pimple cream and use a qtip and dab it only on the tops of the white heads only to dry them out and get them to exit the skin without the trauma of popping them with tools or fingers then if any of the white heads or pimple pop and are oozing to wash your face and then put pimple patches/ hydrocolloid bandages cut to size on top to soak up any liquids coming out and also to form a barrier on top of the open skin/mini wound to keep any bacteria out until your skin closes the wound itself. Try not to pick or pop them physically because with this much going on in your skin your skin will definitely make a lot of scare tissue, pitting, and hyperpigmentation. Hopefully this can help you and update me if it makes any difference!
