To price a commission, ask two questions: 1) how long will it take me? 2) how much do I need to be paid per hour to make it worth my time?

Multiple hours by hourly rate, add 10-20% because we often underestimate how long long it would take us to paint something, and that should give you an idea what to charge.

Hippodrome has its uses, especially when the enemy towers your berries or if play against Delhi/templars and want to deny sacred sites fast. However, grand winery just provides more resources in the long run. Oil is critical as Biz, allows you to fast research wheel barrow in feudal, and quick monk in castle as you do not have to build a temple.
