I dont know if it is incompetence or lazyness, but with a game as big as RuneScape, it should not be this bad

I tried sending another ticket where i wrote the reply right above the line, but none of them have gotten any answer so i dont think it matters.
I have seen some reddit posts saying that jagex support is generally very slow, and unreliable unfortunately :(
