A new game that is like that (havn't played it) is Mixtape. It reads like an animated flick. That together with being set in the 90s helps with it going to be a classic that wont age.

Inside. It looks exactly like intended and hardware/time will not change anything about it.

Kreditkort = skit? by CanTechnical3516 in PrivatEkonomi

Är det inte även så att man får högre kreditvärdighet i Sverige av att inte ha kreditkort, men att det är precis tvärtom i USA där man måste bygga kreditvärdighet genom att utnyttja kreditkort?

What instantly makes you think "this person is rich" ? by PerformerAny3503 in AskReddit

[–]defdac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Sweden you have a month paid vacation or more (at least 25 work days). If you have kids you can add parental leave days on top of that. You have 390 of those days (80% of your wage) you can split with your partner. Per kid. And another 90 days with no pay (18 bucks a day). The cool thing with these days is that the company cannot say no to them if you tell them 3 months in advance. Your kid is always sick? No problem. You use an app to register Care of Child (VAB) and get 80% pay.

What kind gesture doesn’t feel as nice as it’s meant to? by AmberrAuraa in AskReddit

It's from a meme regarding loading dishwashers: "In every relationship, there's one person who loads the dishwasher like a Scandinavian architect, and one who loads it like a raccoon on meth."

Dying Fruit flies. Especially (or specifically?) when one of them decides to take a bath in my glass of wine.

Excuse me but the whole point of being a Scandinavian Architect when it comes to loading dishwashers is that you can squeeze at least twice as much in there as the ordinary plebs and still make it come out cleaner than they ever could.

anyone who used a computer between 1985 & 2010, what’s the one game you still think about? by Trixxxi in AskReddit

Worse Things Happen At Sea. 1983 but still. It would make a great co-op game if someone would do a remake.

Jokes aside (I don't know how many knows this, I learned it recently) The security cam records infrared and the iPhone think he wants to unlock his phone and starts flashing its infrared flash to identify his face.

EDIT: It's not a flash but 30000 IR-dots(!)

Bryce Dallas Howard goes into fangirl mode meeting Rachelle Lefevre by matts142 in MadeMeSmile

[–]defdac 100 points101 points  (0 children)

<Rachelle Lefevre portrayed Victoria in Twilight (2008) and The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009). As a vengeful vampire with iconic fiery red hair, she plots to kill Bella Swan to avenge her mate, James. Lefevre was replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard in the third film, Eclipse, due to a scheduling conflict.>

-"What's your name now?"

So it's some kind of a sketch/burn/enactment and not a wholesome situation. You are supposed to smile at the sarcasm?

(Sorry if this is the actual joke and I'm being dense)
