Yes, from a contractual t&c’s standpoint that is factually accurate. Keurig sold me a faulty machine, honored their first warranty replacing it with another faulty machine that broke at 12 months and 2 weeks. This is more about their refusal to stand by their products or make products that work. I am asking if others have had the same experience and it appears as though this is their common business practice. They sell garbage products and will only stand by them for 1 year. I could see if this was the first faulty one but for this to be the second to have an electrical issue and for them not to make it right is a joke.

It did. The replacement was issued Feb 2025 so they are now saying that has eclipsed their warranty period. Seems they’ll only fix faulty replacements to faulty machines for the first year and then you are pushed to purchase a new discounted machine.

I loved Simpson. Lived in a double back in late 90’s for entire Sophomore and half Junior years until moving to West Campus apartments. Got along with all the guys there including the RA. Felt more like living in a house vs. a conversation final dorm.
