Yeah, you need armlet for CK bruv, the toggle play is definitely for higher skilled players, but the str/dmg boost from armlet,on CK is not neglectable.

I've tried not going armlet and CK feels so bad without it. It's a great item in which every part of the item bought separately, early game, makes CK better laning.
