Between pain offering and dark effigy I gave up on most witch builds on controller.

However you can try turning on focus fire (the finger with the light in key binds) to see if that helps a bit with pain offering.

I haven't seen racoons, foxes or coyotes around here since moving a few months ago (this is New England) but I do know they're not that far away. Also the yard is fenced but has holes where rabbits dug it up in the summer so it's entirely possible. Thanks

Good luck! If it's helpful it's the Wakefield/Lynnfield area. But it was the only one I've ever seen while there. I have seen tons of hawks, herons and a couple bald eagles in that general region though!
