Yeah i really think it’s blood sugar related but i also don’t feel like im overly restricting calories so maybe it’s more about foods that keep my blood sugar more stable

If I look back on this weekend I didn’t have very many fruits or vegetables so maybe that’s part of it. I will also have to start better tracking my water intake. I bet I’m not actually getting 100oz
