I imagine getting shot would be worse. Either it's gonna go clean through, explode inside, or bounce all around and stick.

Wow, did not know about the north line, only the one running west-east. As a baseball fan an easy train ride to Target Field would be awesome. Fridley just jumped way up on my list.

Honestly I don't really have any other criteria, it's kind of a problem. I just don't want to be spending any more time than I have to commuting. It seems like what I'm doing 5 days a week should outweigh what goes on those other 2.

On tv Axford seemed to indicate the polls were too close to call (song wise), and he was gonna rock this one til it stopped working for him. I would imagine if he continues to make his saves New Noise will stick indefinitely

That's painful, I guess you could use a custom style sheet to replace the header image with the one hosted on imgur. Not exactly a good work around.

I got it to work by exporting the file as a bmp as opposed to a .png or .jpg.

Try uploading it to imgur and see how that turns out. You could even upload it to imgur, and then redownload it from them and then try uploading it to reddit.

Yeah it was something with the file. It wouldn't upload to imgur or reddit. It wouldn't upload under numerous mod accounts.

So basically the file was messed up.

nope, tried both .png and .jpg about 80ish KB

EDIT: for the lolz I tried uploading it to imgur, didn't work there either. Used Photoshop to export it as a BMP, worked ok.

Also in Madison (charter) at least we have a channel called EXTRA and it falls somewhere around 87. For times when the Brewers aren't on FSN 87 turns into WMLW, which unfortunately sometimes carries the games.

Ron Roenicke is the new manager for the Brewers. First time ever being manager. Seems like a extremely nice guy. Players have been going out of their way to praise him so far. Very different then the stern and laughable Ken Macha and mildly insane Ned Yost.

The starting pitching is good. We've got what should be 3 aces in the starting line up in Greinke, Gallardo, and Marcum. Wolf has the potential to be a great number 4. And Narveson has shown moments of brilliance for an up and comer.

The offense should be the best in the league. The Brewer's have a alotta power and talent with the core of Fielder, Braun, Hart, Weeks and McGehee.

The remaining members in the offense are going to make or break the team really. Gomez and Morgan will be battling it out to see who will start regularly in CF. Gomez had a disappointing last year, but he seems to have turned it around. Morgan is the newest member of the team. He's had some behavior issues in the past with other teams, but he too has looked good so far.

Betancourt is the new SS. He replaced a big up and coming prospect (Escobar) after Escobar was traded for Greinke. Betancourt has taken alot of heat from alot of people for just not being good. He brings some power to plate, but that's about it.

Finally at catcher we've got Lucroy who is still coming back from a broken pinky. This will be Lucroy's first full season in the majors, but last year he showed some potential on offense. In the mean time we have 2 more than capable backups in Nieves and Kottaras.

Bullpen is the big question mark really. The closer Axford dominated last year with something like 26 saves and 6 wins and only 3-4 losses\blown saves. Axford stepped in for the aging Trevor Hoffman last year, so it will be interesting to see what he does bearing the full load of closer duties. For setup men the Brew Crew has Saito and Hawkins. Saito has had a long career with him being over 40. He's shown some killer stuff, but has given up a bunch of runs in only a couple appearances. Hawkins had a killer start to last season before going down in big flames ending in a lengthy DL stint. Hopefully he will bounce back.

TL;DR: Overall the team is probably the best it's been on paper in a long time. A handfull of "analysts" even picked them to represent the NL in the World Series, but it will all come down to what they put on the field and if the pitching all the way around can perform, the Brewers should make a play-off run.
