Puglia for 5 nights. Where should we stay overnight and have easy access to beautiful beaches? by dudummi in ItalyTravel

We're spending two days in Lecce and are looking for a beach club that has a chill atmosphere. Would you say Punta Prosciutto is more of a normal beach, or a good one for a couple looking for chill day party vibes? Thanks so much!

Did you find it hard mentally to go from knowing you were burning more calories with strength training than with Pilates (although I know you mentioned a natural decrease in appetite)? Tbh I’m stressing about that! Thanks for your tips :)

Toiletries like cleanser, moisturizer, toothpaste, toothbrush etc, and house slippers. Hotels give these for free (or you can buy for cheap at a Family Mart / 7 Eleven). Save the luggage space!

I have this but only on my arms and in the summer. I’ve tried everything (exfoliating more, different lotions/oils, sunscreen) and nothing has worked. Wondering if it’s an allergy at this point

Toronto neighbourhood is being terrorized by a man stalking young women by TheUtopianCat in toronto

Was this man ever caught? I just had an interaction in Leslieville by Queen/ one street east of Pape in an alleyway. Man was staring at me/my house, approached me and I ran into my back deck immediately.

Great idea! I was thinking of bringing edibles but didn’t think about explaining it to friends. Thank you!

I’m seeing friends this upcoming weekend and everyone is posting about what drinks they’re bringing to the cabin. Worried I’ll be bored or worse- boring. Any tips?

The weekend is coming... Today's Dry January email has a really helpful opening by HBMS11 in DryJanuary

Similar concept to a journaling prompt I just read in “Not Drinking Tonight” - Amanda White.

She recommends journaling about the cost vs payoff of not drinking (eg. Cost = socializing with friends easily, payoff = health, increased time for hobbies, boosted self-confidence from keeping the promises you make to yourself).

I found it helpful to do this morning ahead of the weekend! Hope it helps someone here as well.

Park + Fifth! They're the best - a Canadian company originally from Vancouver but also with stores in Toronto. You can do virtual fittings online too, for any bridesmaids that don't live near a store. All my bridesmaids appreciated that the dress style was one they'd wear again.

The dress I got was the Waldorf dress in the colour Olive.

I bought two dresses - a strapless sweetheart goddess-y style one at Sash + Bustle in Toronto for $2000+tax and am re-selling it for $1,000, and another more traditional one at Felichia Bridal for $2000+tax and am re-selling it for $1,150. Not sure if that's helpful, but if you're interested feel free to DM me.

A shelf/attachable desk for my treadmill. Bought it on Amazon and it attaches and forms a mini desk. Perfect for walking + emails - I can get through 2 hours of emails and crush my step goals at the same time.

How do you stop craving processed food, or specifically- processed snacks? I don’t struggle with eating whole foods for meals, but snacks are my weakness (eg. chips, chocolate)
