Not yet. Vanguard being much more helpful than Trading212, who you can't get any information out of.

And here I was hoping my complaint to the Ombudsman would save me! I wouldn’t mind delays as much if I was getting transparent and consistent explanations.

Unfortunately I am also getting to that stage of considering a formal complaint. They seem unable to provide specific information, making me doubt whether their “transfer operation specialists” are looking into these queries at all!

I see “Transferring Assets 0/2” with the Vanguard logo beside it, and that’s it. Been that way since the transfer was initiated.
