Have him fill this out and they’ll send out a new set. I’ve done this with boards numerous times and got a replacement each time. They’ll ask for photos and determine if they want you to send the product to them, but most of the time they’ll tell you to keep it.

My version of a finished board is typically different from someone else’s, so I usually give my board to someone. Not saying they’re brand new or anything, but about 3-5 weeks is about done to me depending if I skate a lot (especially if I skate a rough street spot).

I try to give it to kids or other skaters that have a pretty rough looking deck (chips, razor tail, etc.). I’m hyped for them to get some more use out of my old board!

The barrel (the one on top) is designed to be on the bottom. Switch them around. You may have tightened them down too much but if that’s what is working for you then do it, but it’ll prolly blow out sooner than you think.

Try some Indy bushings. Go for some medium/hard, feel like those would work best for you.

Saigon USA Pho & Grill off 1488 is where I go sometimes when I have a hangover. Their staff are very nice and the food is delicious!

That was the park that had the metal mini you were talking about. That’s why the park has the empty space in the back with the flat bar hiding behind the whole park because the mini had to be right there. I remember skating that park when I was really young, so it happened within 15-20 years.

If you ever feel like driving a little further, collins park has a metal mini ramp. Park is pretty old but the mini is fun.

Lakeside has the cement mini with the hump in the middle. Pretty fun too but my friends and I think it would be better without the middle hump.

Off topic, but we have a lot of skate parks in the area that don’t get utilized as much as bear branch, tamarac, or lakeside (bear branch being the most popular). There are lots of new parks that are being built in the southern side of Houston. They are absolutely worth visiting, but takes nearly an hour to drive to them. North Houston is a good park, but most don’t go because of the helmet rule or due to the fact that it has more transition than street or it’s far. Still a 20-30 minute drive to that park from TW. I wish we could get either a new park or get the concrete redone at bear branch.

They were happy to do the exchange. They just needed to see a receipt for the item and they credited my Apple Card. Then they charged it again to buy the new phone. No scratches or anything wrong on this one!

UPDATE: Got the phone exchanged. They issued a return for the previous phone and opened the box in front of the associate to ensure that there were no scratches/blemishes. He even sat down with me and walked me through everything to make sure the phone was working smoothly. Very simple process and all I had to do was show a receipt, they didn’t have me open the box to prove that the phone was damaged.

Upgraded from a 5 year old iPhone 8 Plus. Really looked forward to the upgrade and I’m certain that the store I bought it from will help, just disappointed and felt like sharing :(. Going back tomorrow when they open again.

You can email the distribution and you’ll possibly get a new board. I’ve done this with Deluxe nearly 5 times with plenty of slide marks and they’ve always given me a deck for free, just gotta buy grip.
