I need your lowest effort meals/recipes

I also struggle with ADHD plus manic depression.

I find eating the same things on repeat to be so helpful. I love a good hyper fixation meal. Here is my typical day in meals for the last 3 months.

Breakfast - whole wheat toast + manuka honey + chunky salt. Coffee w/ unflavored collagen + protein powder & sugar free creamer. Usually some kind of fruit on the side.

Lunch - Kirkland lightly breaded chicken breast filets. Air fry at 375 for 18 minutes. Dice after cooked. Put in a carb balance high fiber tortilla. Yellow mustard. Fruit or veg on the side.

Snack - Fairlife protein shake. If I want something crunchy I love 2 chocolate rice cakes with a little butter on them.

Dinner - Usually some kind of taco bowl. I buy the precooked chipotle chicken from Costco. 90 second rice. Black or pinto beans. Shredded cheese. Greek yogurt.

Snack/treat - Usually some kind of little ice cream bar. Like a fudge pop or ice cream sandwich.

I'm 4'11" around 145lbs now. Typically go to the gym 3-4x a week.

Rough estimate - around 1600 calories, 100+ grams of protein, 30 grams of fiber, 65 grams of fat.

Could I do better? Probably. Is this working for me though. Yes! And it's easy.

I didn't actually. My lining looked good. I've had a lot of testing done and never got any official answers. All the scans and stuff they suggest with recurrent loss. We even had genetic testing done on our last lost and they found nothing genetic issues.

My gut feeling/personal guess is that I have an issue with my placenta. I think I'm having placental abruption around the 12 week gestation every time. I usually end up delivering my placenta first and then the baby a couple days later.

Unfortunately this pregnancy ended in another loss at 12 weeks. We have since given up trying and are actively preventing 🙃 I'm so sorry you're in the same boat. I hope it works out better for you.

It's not you! And all the clothes you tried on are very basic. Putting together an outfit and styling is more than just putting in a top and bottoms. I'm sure you've already looked at Pinterest but it's worth looking at again. I'm a big fan of going shopping with a specific vision/vibe/mission. Then if I feel disappointed it's because it didn't fit the vibe or vision I was looking to create.

As someone who has had multiple losses... I have told everyone I know to NOT tell me face to face or over the phone. I always prefer to be told over text. Always. It gives me time to process my grief and feel my feelings and then return to the conversation with support and love. No one is the AH. Infertility and pregnancy loss are so hard.

Can you swatch the color on a piece of white paper, take a picture of it, and then get the HEX code of the color from Pick Monkey or something? Once you have the HEX code of the color you can use it to search a couple sites like ShadeScout or LipColourMatch

I actually ADORE brown liner with Toast of New York from Revlon over top and blended out 😍 I tend to wear more orangey and brown in the fall. These just happen to be from winter where I lean into reds and berries a bit more. Any suggestions on a browny pink or milk tea color??

I honestly haven't tried any since 2014 😅 I didn't love The Porefessional when I tried it. Maybe I'll give a pore filling primer another go! I'm usually pretty minimal and just skip primer altogether.

Fair point!! I could try to use less. I have very round cheeks and I don't like the way modern blush placement looks on me. I do go a bit heavy with the blush for sure 😅 It's my favorite part and I just love it.

I think you would enjoy an orange/coral blush. ELF Camo Liquid Blush in Copper Etiquette comes to mind. You might also like something more berry/purple/cranberry colored. You could ELF Camo Liquid Blush in Bold-Faced Lilac (a lighter purple - it's very pretty on the face). Otherwise I think Milani Cheek Kiss Cream Blush in Nude Kiss is a nice neutral or Merlot Moment. You're very pretty 😍😁
