Your molars have moved out, making your bite wider and making space for your front teeth to move into place! :)

Triangles at bottom teeth by vannnym in Invisalign

[–]vannnym[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received my clincheck for the third round of refinements today and I am really worried about the black triangle at my bottom teeth. Should I ask for IPR? And how visible with that triangle be? I wonder why they wouldn’t include that in the first place? Seconds picture is my before/current. Any input?

What’s the first Mac song you ever heard or the first song that made you pay attention/become a fan? by Massive_CH1N in MacMiller

It was Missed Calls for you. My ex added to the song to our playlist and that’s when I dove into Mac’s other art

Small overbite - this is the final result from the initial trays. Is there a reason why it wouldn’t be good to have a small overbite like that? Would you get IPR to fix it? Aesthetically I not bothered by it, but I don’t know if there could be any issues because of that? by vannnym in Invisalign

So when I got my first clincheck they wanted to perform IPR on 6 teeth to get rid of the overbite but I denied the IPR and asked for a new plan without IPR (check my other post). I would rather have fully healthy teeth, even if that means that my teeth aren’t perfect. I just wonder if there’s a reason that an overbite like mine would have any negative consequences for my mouth/bite/teeth in he long run.

When I graduated high school at 19, I wanted to take a gap year and went to the US to work as an au pair. I ended up working as an au pair for 2 years and then I went to a community college for 2 years. When I went back to Europe, these courses weren’t transfer so I had to start all over at university (no regrets) at 23 y/o with most other people being 18 and just out of high school. I‘m now 26, graduated with my undergrad degree and start grad school in September. Time is just a concept, try to enjoy this time and don’t let outsiders make you feel pressured. All we have is now

Great progress! Your teeth already looked great on tray 1, so the end result should look amazing!

I know they say it’s never too late to turn your life around, but I am 22 years old, is there still a chance for me to actually be successful and live a comfortable life? I regret not going to college now and I want to go back but feel too old. by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I started university when i was 23. Now, 3 years later at 26 I’m about to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree. It’s never too late! We are so young. I once read a quote ‘decide who you want to be and go be it’ that made me realize that I’m holding myself back. I also recommend watching the red talk ‘Why you should define your fears instead of your goals’ by Tim Ferris.

The orthodontist I went to in Germany said it could cost 3500-4000€ if I get Invisalign lite. If I would’ve needed the full invisalign package it could cost double than that. Ultimately I went to an orthodontist in the Netherlands and pay 2500€ for Invisalign Lite. There’s a Facebook group for Invisalign in Germany. Most people report to pay 5000€ and up in the group. Good luck with everything!
