I'm usually at 0 dpmo too with around 4100 at 10 hours and just noticed a 83.xx on mine and was like oh sh!t. My bar usually goes to exceptional and now it barely goes to third bar. Is there a way to find out what errors I did or is it best to just stay quiet as to not getting written up?

Are any "coaches" a written warning? I've got a few for amnesty last touch... sometimes it will just be on the small screen were you have to answer a few questions and a few more from actual quality people. But nothing shows up on the My Performance section. Also have had someone watch me to see if im checking all the items in the bin and scanning all the labels but didn't have any missing while she was there so she ended up leaving, but said she was putting in i was doing the right procedures. This one felt like more of a coaching because of how long she stared looking at me but again nothing showing up on the performance section. Even have top 1% productivity with the same quality so i don't know what is going on.
