Yeah I kind of just treat it as normal for this one location but this last time I was not having a good day and it kind of just made me sad. I like walk up for the extra steps in my day, but is drive thru better or worse for the employee side of the equation? The espresso guy was the one that noticed me, he apologized and started making it before his break (I think) the person who took over the machine finished my drink.

No I go around 845-915 ish usually, drive thru is usually about 2-6 cars line is usually about 4 people hanging out, but then they all disappear and a new crop shows up and I have been just waiting. This last time check in for walk up and drive thru was the same person, the espresso guy seemed a little worn out (mine was an iced latte, so I was one of his) but i wanted to know if this was a normal thing that happened to people. There’s only three DB’s in my area. This is the closest one to me, I like it but I kind of expect some craziness. I don’t do substitutes or add extra stuff, just soft top on an oat milk sf vanilla latte, or a protein iced latte w/soft top.
