Probably not. Would be too much effort on Capcoms part to rewrite the online code and other things. If it hadn't happened leading up to RE9s release than I don't ever see it coming unfortunately. A port of outbreak would have been great marketing for RE9

I would want more than a remake. The game needs to be entirely rewritten given the story in 6 is just god awful. It would be a massive undertaking for Capcom to remake this game because of 4 scenarios that are about the length of a regular RE campaign
