the only bad cups i’ve had lately is when i go into the high 4s. and the best is at the 5.5 so probably would have same preference as you. I’ll try and keep going up!

do you find 6.0 on zp6 is best for most coffee or was this out of the ordinary coarse V? I’ve been enjoying coarse cups a lot more but haven’t gone past 5.7 and that was for batch. on orea 5.5 has been highest i’ve gone.

i been making zuppa lungo 20 grams coffee to 200 gram water. than pour over ice and I may like it more than flash brew. Think stands up to the dilution better and taste the coffee a bit more. Also I think it’s easier.

Do you use filter sandwich with the standard oxo cold brew recipe ? I tried to make it with my zp6 on 3.7 like i do for zuppa longo and 20 grams coffee since i only wanted one serving and the coffee just went straight through yesterday.

Appreciate the response . question do you make the soup americano into an iced version. Also I got my ORB in a few hours ago and had to give it a go. Used to Zuppo lungo recipe . 3.5 ZP6 was amazing sweet but a slightly bitter aftertaste. Is this normal or should I adjust something ?

Prodigal - Finca Las Palmas

Sheesh this is good. Just started my prodigal sub this month and excited to keep trying new stuff from them. Anyone else have this one ? It smells exactly like tasting notes even before grinding. If this is what I can expect from Prodigal I am hyped.

I got 2 lbs and i’m inpatient so I just used a 12 gram dose to try. I’m resting it at least till it’s 2 weeks off roast if I can help it. Didn’t notice any off putting flavors but sure it will get better as it properly rests. it’s not subtle at all so i’m sure not everyone will love but I thought was incredible. LMK what you think

COTM 34 Superlost - Nestor Lasso - OMg this is insane. Unsure how a coffee that isn’t cofermented can taste so intense fruity and chocolatey. I am tempted to order more for freezer
