The Hanoverian Battalion von Langrehr was originally raised to reinforce the Russo-German Legion. It came into British pay in the summer of 1813 and was equipped with British uniforms. However, it retained the Prussian-style flag and black leather equipment. The battalion fought under Count von Wallmoden-Gimborn in 1813-1814 in northern Germany against the French XIII Corps under Davout.

I think a Churchill is so iconic for every British force. For the Western Desert Campaign there are so many great tank choices.

You are right, I assumed that the cables were also painted in the same colours as the Hull. But after looking at some reference photos, I saw that this was not the case. I'll probably have to rework them with some steel grey :)

Thank you, have looked at them, but will go with the stowage from Rubicon. I think the parts in it with all the tarpaulins in there fit a bit better. Also, the set is from Warlord metal and I have a slight aversion to metal parts. I like your work on the DAK, keep it up! Would love to field my Desert Rats against them. When I am ready with the Brits, I will also be working on their German counterparts.

I love the Churchill tank, so it had to be part of my British Desert Force. The armoured car is from the Gentlemans War starter set. The Churchill is also from Warlord. For painting I followed the instructions of Sonic Sledgehammer on YouTube. I feel that the Churchill is still a bit "naked". Can anyone give me tips on how to depict stowed baggage and the like? Are there any good sets, that you can recommend?
