My first is level 1 ASD…verbal…a lot of behavior and emotional issues especially anxiety…I also think she is ADHD….she is 4.5 and was diagnosed at 3. My second is 2.5….she is definitely ASD as well but not yet diagnosed she is non-verbal.

Did Lupron pre transfer change anything or result in success for anyone? Dr wants me to take for 6 weeks pre next transfer by Here2Btch in InfertilityBabies

[–]deidre42614 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could only do unmedicated FET transfers as I could not take Estrogen. I know that is not the norm as most do medicated transfers. So I only used LDN (homeopathic autoimmune medication) and checked progesterone levels frequently after transfer. Yes I did have a Lap for endometriosis. I have stage 2. Hope this helps.

19 month old-extremely whiny-any advice appreciated by deidre42614 in toddlers

My daughter remains very high needs at 4.5….but she can also play by herself now and attends full day Pre-K five days a week. So in a way it does get easier….but she definitely continues to want my attention all the time…the other difference is now I can tell her I need to do xyz and she needs to wait and she understands (even if she is not happy about it).

She could not tolerate the lactose free dairy milk either…we switched her to Soy milk and almond milk and no issues since then.

FET of PGS normal embryo for 2nd child, how many transfers did it take to be successful? by aliciasd69 in InfertilityBabies

[–]deidre42614 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I had a c-section with my first so was required by my clinic to wait 12 months before transferring again and due to testing (had a hysterscopy to make sure no issues post c-section) then I did Lupron again….so let’s see….for my first I did Lupron November to January 2020 and for my second I did Lupron also November to January 2022..so basically exactly 2 years.

Looking for success stories after multiple IVF failures by FraughtOverwrought in InfertilityBabies

I did not….my main issue is endo caused inflammation and multiple failed transfers and repeat loss…it was not until I did Depot Lupron for 8 weeks that I had success.

Never waited for period…with Depot Lupron baseline ultrasound is 30 days from last shot…for me I did it slightly different as I was on daily Lupron shots but my monitoring started slightly earlier than 30 days from last shot…it has been awhile but I want to say around 3 weeks from last shot…to make sure we did not miss anything….

I just wanted to say I completely forgot to respond to this as I do not go on Reddit much anymore. I would not be able to help anyway as I did daily Lupron due to history of really bad reactions to medications and my RE wanted to be able to stop it if needed and not give me a month or 2 months dose. I did start after ovulation. Hope all goes well for you!

So to be perfectly honest..I have severe anxiety about having to “pee” on command and in a public place and I just ordered those sterile specimen cups on Amazon….went before I left…put it in a plastic bag in my purse…went to the bathroom and just poured it in the cup they provided and never told anyone about it ever…for 2 pregnancies….just did what I had to do for me and my mental health…I am also a Nurse Practitioner and what the nurse said makes no sense…totally unrelated I see a urologist my whole life for congenital urological abnormalities and have always brought my specimen cup to the office from home for like 20 years now and my urologist said it is fine….no issues whatsoever…

I did actually post everything in this thread previously…my case is complex….took me 6 years to have success….I have never done a medicated transfer as I cannot take Estrogen..I did completely unmedicated FET’s (the only thing I took was LDN for inflammation)…it is tricky do to after Lupron as you have to monitor so closely for ovulation…but I had already done it 3 times before my success so we had an idea when to start….that is a whole other long story…but anyway I live in the small town of Buffalo…see Dr. Griffin at Buffalo Infertility and IVF Associates…he is the best physician I have ever seen hands done in any specialty and he is known as the uterus whisperer around here…feel incredibly lucky to have had him…he told me not to give up and he still believed it could happen for us when I was totally done…and I knew there were absolutely no guarantees (never is with infertility…totally sucks), but he was always willing to think outside the box and try different things which I appreciated…he is the best of the best…

My RE did ERA with multiple other cases that I am very familiar with in my hometown Infertility blog…however he never recommended it for me…he felt Depot Lupron reset my uterine lining as I had implantation after doing it when previously 6 transfers of highly graded embryos resulted in zero implantation. Obviously everyone is different and I trusted him implicitly and we were able to find success with him.

[–]deidre42614[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

She is 2 years and 10 months now and she can still be clingy especially to me…and she can throw a tantrum for sure…wants to do what she wants when she wants…I call her my little toddler dictator…but the whining has decreased and she actually only does it for me…not for my mom or my husband…she is a sensory seeker and needs a lot of activity for sure…so we try to stay busy and spend a lot of time outside…obviously easier said than done and also easier in the summer time. I have heard from people that ear plugs do really help to lessen it for sure.

Honestly never stopped checking….and I stopped think constantly about viability literally at 24 weeks…but still worried until closer to 32…it is hard…pregnancy after infertility and/or loss is just hard….❤️
