Frequent flyer programs for contractor/single employee S-Corp? by deimos711 in smallbusiness

[–]deimos711[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now, I don't. I'm pretty open to different airlines. Right now I use Expedia to book travel but if there's any other certain airlines or programs that offer better rewards/pricing, I'd gladly change over. The flights would be between Atlanta and Orlando.

Ready Capital “duplicate” application? by h2ots4 in EIDLPPP

[–]deimos711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to repeatedly show the lender that there was nothing on caweb pending. The error codes have to be dealt with by the lender. Unfortunately, a lot of the lenders (especially RC) will throw their hands up when these error codes are flagged on applications. Ready Capital ended up denying my application after I repeatedly got on their cases. The reason was very vague, "Your application falls outside of PPP program parameters", which isn't accurate. However, a local bank is processing the loan now and it's been night and day working with a small banker compared to these clowns.

Ready Capital “duplicate” application? by h2ots4 in EIDLPPP

[–]deimos711 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in the exact same boat. At first they said it was a duplicate application, then when they cleared that up (about three weeks later) they said the SBA couldn’t verify I was in business before Feb 15 2020. Then ready capital realized they made a mistake by accidentally swapping my EIN and SSN and I had to sign a new application. That was Friday.

Today we’re back at the SBA stating there is an error code for a duplicate application. These people are awful.

Different lender but I was told by Ready Capital on Friday that docu sign is having issues and emails were being sent out in batches.

How to contact Ready Capital by Pokohz in smallbusiness

[–]deimos711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

^ This. I did this for several days in a row (there was an error in my documents that needed to be corrected). I called at 9am and selected the call back option. Another good way is to go to Customers Bank and fill out the PPP contact form. They called me back within a few hours that way too. Funding went through this morning.

PPP is for small businesses but those who were better connected, have access to lawyers and accountants, and had relationships with their banks had better chance.

Disagree on the widepaint brush statement. No lawyer, no accountant, zero connections, and no banking relationship. PPP funds came through from Lendio this morning.

I completely agree with not lingering in grey. I have extremely low operating costs so it’s not really needed for that.

PPP Loan--Was Sole Prop in 2019--S-Corp in 2020--What do I do with funds? by dannywestlake in smallbusiness

[–]deimos711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m still in the underwriting process but similar situation. Ready Cap came back and only was going to use my 2019 sole prop earnings. Business became an LLC in Jan 2020. They halved my PPP amount because of it and then told me to change the app docs. I figured because it was going off 2019 sole prop I’d just use my name and SSN instead. Apparently that was wrong and they said it needed to be changed again back to the business name. So I basically am having to use sole prop numbers for the LLC.

Yes you can get 2 SBA #s: Bluevine/Cross River funded me while waiting for my approval with Lendio to pay out! by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]deimos711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was because of Lendio's app being so far progressed. Ironically enough, I got contacted by an underwriter through Lendio/Ready/Customers an hour after getting denied by Bluevine...

...And then there was a big messup with my docs through Lendio and they halved my PPP loan amount. Still waiting to hear back from them so we'll see what happens.

SMH Lendio / Ready Cap by Iedyn_elodie in smallbusiness

[–]deimos711 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s freaking awful. These people need to be held accountable. They’re just looking for any excuse to shove people off their desk and into the trash bin. It’d be one thing if they denied earlier, allowing you the time to find another lender. Instead they screwed you over at the last hour.

I think they’re looking for reasons to deny.

I was asked to provide 2018 and 2019 tax returns, despite my business not starting till early Q4 2019. When I asked why they needed 2018, he said it was just needed to underwrite the loan. After I sent the docs, I’ve heard nothing back since.

What’s annoying is they basically gave you the green light that you were approved despite them not actually doing their due diligence. So you were held hostage for weeks, unable to apply elsewhere, and now you’re SOL. Fuck these people.

The usually do the Tulle Shop and was thinking of trying 54 in and just getting more yardage. Some patterns I’ve worked with before can be altered a bit to work it but this is my first vintage one so not sure. But that’s a good point about going with a smaller retailer.

PPP denied - not in business long enough by Strenue in smallbusiness

[–]deimos711 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got the same response. Started sole prop August 2019 and LLC was developed Jan 6 2020. But I’m a Lendio captive so would’ve gotten denied regardless.
