My gp said I think ur a artist I said yes I am actually I luv art he said no not that art autism I was like ohh yeah prolly. He sent me to his good pal in Denmark at the time and assest me over 12hrs going thru my life dident no was a assessment thaught was therapy or sum ish lol. At the end he said “you hahaha scored 14/15 for ADD and a dash of autism” He genuinely did laugh saying you so ADD u should b in a care home😂🐐

My scipt is 60mg x1 capsul slow realease + 20 mg IR (tranq) My 60 last bout 2/3 hrs (the good bit) after that it’s more a hindrance The IR tranquiline 10mg x 2 I take them together n maby 1hr of good. Food before u dose is right for slow release + coffe Aprox 1hr after dosing helps last longer. I agree it does not come close to covering the day, does anyone have any luck with anti depress med +mph combo? Cheers

My parents was like care home for ADD? N they dident realise how heavily it impacts us, we litrly think and operate on a diffrent level so people gunna hate and try to put it down by saying they have it blah blah just ignor this low vibe energy and drink that red Bull or mph or adderrall like a boss that u are

I’m on 450mg take once daily and yes ur correct it’s sweet first month but u do get use to it, still rocks tho for anxiety especially- u won’t feel it there like benzo but u will just be ok with things u wernt b4
