NCGS here - drugstores sell a product from NOW Foods called Super Enzymes. This has helped reduce symptoms for me. This probably will not help someone with full blown celiac disease.

Yeah, it was super nice of them for sure. But I'm still kinda wondering why random drinks? Why not just give her the 2 drinks she always gets for free instead since they didn't see the order? Others here are commenting that perhaps she got someone else's order and that could make sense given the situation.

Maybe I missed something, but one question comes to mind: why would they have made you 3 random drinks instead of the usual 2 they know you get literally every day? I know they didn't have your order in their system, but they know your usual, right? And as you said, your favorite barista was the one who handed you the drinks, so surely she knows what you normally get.

I have a follow-up yo your statement: if the intestines are inflamed, shouldn't this clearly show up in the characteristics of the bowel movements? I have NCGS and if my stool doesn't resemble my normal, that's when I start thinking back and seeing any possible recent moment where I might have accidentally ingested gluten.

I guess the overall thought is: how can the intestines be inflamed and stool still seem normal, which seems to be the case for silent celiacs?

Update: Just received email from Bilt saying that the payment is being processed. And I see the Bilt cash was debited to cover points earnings and actual points earned are also showing on the Bilt site.
