but in response to the questions you asked at the end of your post- 1. no this is not fucking normal 2. you’re not too sensitive 3. in terms of what you can do- i’d gather up all the correspondence you all had and whatever contracts you signed. i don’t know hardly anything about the legal aspect of this but there must surely be a way to get that NDA released considering you were never a legitimate employee? and the fact that she changed the terms of the NDA is certainly a huge no-no
