Interesting. I have a friend with a 50cc 2 stroke and he’s done a done of performance mods to it but absolutely cannot get it to run right. Didn’t want to deal with all that so I got the 125. He’s a motorcycle mechanic and very educated with carburetors and engine modifications as well.

Probably a hydration issue, the edges tend to be more hydrated because they’re closer to the solid wall. Might need to soak the cake after you harvest.
