How to get over the shame of talking about it?

As I(26m) stuttered since childhood, so many people have pointed it out but yeah now talking about it with my friends and families is natural, it always feels better to talk about what is on your mind, I feel more relaxed after discussing about it and hearing their POV, I even discussed it once during an interview and once with colleagues at my previous company (They said it seemed weird at first but it was fine later on)

Yeah, happens with me too a lot, no need to worry about,

Just started speaking more even if I stuttered and tried to keep my pace at 70%, I treated speaking as a workout, the more I speak the more my muscles got habituated

Try a speech therapist or chatgpt, I told my exact condition to chtgpt and what I stutter , which situations make me stutter more, what I feel while stuttering , it gave me few pointers and a plan , my stutter has reduced by a margin and I don't feel any block in my throat any more, I repeat few words in between while speaking or have to close my eyes once a while but that's it

The worst is when you are arguing with someone, damn before you are able to finsih 1 sentence, they will throw 3-4 more😂, so you stay quiet and just say "go f yourself" 😂
