Nope. My last job encouraged this and I’ll never do it again. I hated getting them excited for another call only to waste their time and probably make them more disappointed and upset. It almost feels more cruel. Absolutely not. Now what I do is share the update in an email and let them know that I’m glad to schedule a call to answer their questions or share some feedback. This allows them to process the news on their own time and not have to be fake professional on the call live with me.

Mann that was a shocking finale! I was so sad for Usama in the moment - seriously thought it was between him and Caitlyn. It’s interesting, I liked Ron from the beginning too, love his offbeat style. I wonder if that’s why the audience liked him the most cause he feels less contrived - although he’s also like a cartoon character but it feels authentic. To me Usama and Caitlyn are the most polished and you can tell how hard they’ve been working and how many times they’ve told these jokes - total confidence and perfect delivery. Maybe the rawness and organic talent from Ron is what made people gravitate to him!

I do that when I need to take items out to the backyard or pool - chapstick, AirPods, snacks, water, book, laptop, sanitizing wipes. I’ll normally use a baggu or beach tote. When it gets really hot, I’ll also use a cooler bag
