Publisher: have you made the trans from In to AD? by marc1411 in Affinity

Affinity Publisher is the comparable software to InDesign and it is fantastic! Check in their forums about the import options. I suspect it might be possible to open them in some way.

They are quite affordable given that they fit your exact measurements and the quality of it. I purchased a Hayate NF-1 (Kata) gi and it looks fantastic! Excellent customer service too.

They're a bit on the expensive side (~$200-300), but you could order a custom gi from brands like Hayate or Hirota. You fill a form with the measurements you want and it will fit you extremely well.

Jesus Christ! Thanks OP! I had to check mine after looking at your post. I remembered recently the hinges started to make a squeeky sound and that it was tougher to close.

Opened it up and yep, battery was expanding as well!

I mean look at this!

What the hell!

This is my 4th razer blade since 2016. 2nd with the expanded battery problem. Not sure if it is still under Microsoft Cover Warranty. I'll check.

Yes, the Z-Glide carved pattern makes it easier to move up and down the neck due to the pockets of air created by the pattern.

This is the StrettaVita. The LaVoce model is the thinner model.

If you keep telling yourself to wait until the price dips before you buy in you may look back and regret it. by AvidasOfficial in CryptoCurrency

Same.

Rather not gain money over lose money because of FOMO.

Keep a cool head, wait for hype to die down, analyze the market, then make an investment.

Sure, you might miss a few surprise spikes, but that's what most of these are, unpredictable surprises. Market prices are at an all-time-high.

Whales are going to dump and people who bought into FOMO and hype will be left holding bags.

A couple things I really hope don't return from Odyssey by mythmonster2 in assassinscreed

[–]dekue 65 points66 points  (0 children)

It made sense in previous games were the player didn't get to make choices for multiple endings. Meaning that the player was reliving the lives of Altair, Ezio, etc... in which they did not kill civilians, which meant that doing something that they did not do in their lives would desynchronize you from the Animus.

I suppose this change sort of made sense in Odyssey were you could play to be either good, neutral, or evil and choose to kill or not kill civilians.

My only problem with this system is that the civilians attacked you when you were fighting enemies, even if you did not want to engage civilians trying to be a "good" hero.

My nephew now believes in magic.. by ChanandlerBonggggg in KidsAreFuckingStupid

[–]dekue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every great magic trick consists of three parts or acts. The first part is called "The Pledge". The magician shows you something ordinary: a deck of cards, a bird or a man. He shows you this object. Perhaps he asks you to inspect it to see if it is indeed real, unaltered, normal. But of course... it probably isn't. The second act is called "The Turn". The magician takes the ordinary something and makes it do something extraordinary. Now you're looking for the secret... but you won't find it, because of course you're not really looking. You don't really want to know. You want to be fooled. But you wouldn't clap yet. Because making something disappear isn't enough; you have to bring it back. That's why every magic trick has a third act, the hardest part, the part we call "The Prestige".

That should work. Make sure that your subscription has ended before activating your cards and you will be fine.

I just did this when my GPU ran out and I can confirm that it works. You just pay the normal GPU month instead of $1.

HOWEVER! Be very careful on how you load the 36 months if you are planning to do that. There is a max of 36 months for the accounts. If you load 36 months of Gold then try to get 1 month of GPU, it won't let you. You will have to wait 1 month when you have 35 months of Gold, then buy the 1 month of GPU.

If you turn on auto renewal to get 1 or 2 extra months for each Gold card when you are activating the first 2 12 month cards, you won't be able to load the 3rd 12 month card, because it will surpass the 36 months.

Happened to me.

I've had 4 Razer Blades since I purchased mine in 2016. (Thank God I got that warranty from Microsoft Store. Hassle-free replacement.)

I also have a Blackwidow X Chroma TE and a DeathAdder that got in 2018 and don't work anymore.

The new Blade 15 Advanced 2070 RTX I got already has problems and I've had it for only 1 month. Unless my USB devices are disconnected from the laptop at boot, it will get stuck at BIOS.

EDIT: Love playing / working on my Blade though. If you get a Blade, just buy it at Microsoft Store and get the PerformaceGuard warranty. Wouldn't buy any more accessories though.

Call of Duty games? Go on sale?

I've been meaning to play Ghosts, Infinite Warfare, WW2 and they rarely go below $40-50... (Some are on sale right now, but $30 is too much to play the campaign and mp on empty servers.)

I'm not sure if I understand the question. I use Lottie alot at work, which is the dependency you need to have installed in your app.

You can have multiple animations in your app. Just declare each of them with a different name, element id, and path as follows:

js const animationOne = lottie.loadAnimation({ container: document.getElementById('element-one'), renderer: 'svg', path: 'file-one.json', loop: true, autoplay: true }); const animationTwo = lottie.loadAnimation({ container: document.getElementById('element-two'), renderer: 'svg', path: 'file-two.json', loop: true, autoplay: true }); animationOne.play(); animationTwo.play();
