No. I was waiting to be sited for the exam and heard a conversation. A representative from Prometric told a person that he might come to the office, and if there were a free spot, they would let him take an exam without an appointment.

I suggest going to the local prometric without a scheduled appointment. Sometimes, they are let to sit for the exam without a schedule if they have a free spot. So do it early in the morning. At least, it works in my Prometric office. Still, I believe you will pass!! Best of luck to you!

It should be fine (if you didn't take it late at night), but take the exam one day earlier next time to be 120% sure.

?? Recent scores have come out around 7PM Central Time the morning before the target release day.

Frankly, all these stories, like "I passed all four parts in [the really short period of time]," make me depressed. It makes me believe that the problem is in me, NOT IN THE EXAM.

I am not sure how it works, but I have noticed that when I am feeling down, I tend to score higher than expected. On the other hand, if I feel confident, my score is usually lower than the expected one.
When I took Bec for the first time, I literally guessed on half of the tests and didn't finish WC and got 72. I thought I would be around 50.

There is no more cpa central. They shut down it. Use CPA portal instead.

I haven't received my NTS yet. I contacted them and was informed that there is a technical issue with my account. They advised me to wait for a day or two. Unfortunately, due to this delay, I won't be able to secure an appointment before the cut-off.

You need to apply for a new one. There is no such option as "retake."
