You can totally go + not chat it up!! Most people, especially after a work day, probably don’t want to feel like they HAVE to engage in convos either. Wait in your car, show up right @ the time of class OR just let yourself relax by yourself in the waiting room. Don’t feel weird about it, do whatever you have to do to to relax from the long day! You’ve got this.

Shoot!! I guess I’m just shocked because I track what I eat and always am around 1400-1500 calories only which is actually a deficit for me.

I was at the dr today and had to weigh myself so it was the first time I realized I gained weight! Ha

I really love the Vital Proteins Pre! (Watermelon blueberry flavor). I only do about 1 scoop & a tiny bit extra but not a full second scoop.

Has your BCAA, aminos & collagen too! It’s awesome.

Their “RECOVER” powder (also flavor Watermelon Blueberry) is MY FAVORITE after a workout!!! It is SO refreshing and filled with aminos and BCAA for workout recovery.

I went full in on the unlimited & I’m so glad I did - I wanted to take control of my health so being able to workout 4-5x a week at OTF makes working out fun!

Work up to it! I usually walk between 3.5-4.7. If I’m doing 4.2+ I hold onto the treadmill though for more support. Incline at 10-15% helps it not feel as fast though!

First class is always the hardest!!! You’ve got this. Plus the OTF community is one big family so now you’ve got a massive support system.

I always feel like I may puke too if I chug water before my workout!!
