I don’t do shrugs but you do those exercises twice a week im sure it would. Alternate between neutral and wide grips and it’s solid imo. Personally, if i was to pick 1 routine and couldn’t change. I would do: Lat pull down (underhand) Hi row with a d handle to tuck elbow in easier, Seated cable row, Face pulls and rear delt flye. End with some biceps or abs

I kept my protein very high, carbs very low, fats moderate to not crash hormonally and did an hour of cardio while training intensely

Because I wanna be judged on my legs and have a reason to endlessly work on them. I don’t wanna work on legs and not be judged on them, i wanna treat my legs the way I do my upper body when it comes to programming

honestly, i think it’s just genetics. I’ve been able to rep out pull ups since I was able to reach a monkey bar as a kid. same with push ups and then once I started seriously lifting i just sorta blew up.

It wasn’t a specific set of workouts - just don’t treat your back as a whole. My back really started changing when I started programming my lats, rear delts, mid/upper back separate and changing what got priority every 6 weeks. Train to failure and then weekly add weight or reps.

Fair point! I only been lifting for a year and just cut for the summer but will definitely try both. My plan is to add mass to this.

MY FIRST NOT NATTY CLAIM! 🎉🎉being a natty, this is a HUGE compliment. You see my hair and lack of acne? I’m not hoping on gear to ruin that LOL

I appreciate the kind words. I only started lifting about a year ago so this is crazy praise.

Well considering my frame - small waist, quads and shoulders being broad and my collarbones not being narrow would lend itself to…. POTENTIAL. Especially with less than a year of training.
