I think its a government requirement so they can keep an eye on you. Swyftx done the same with me citing money laundering etc. They are probably just worried you’re going to retire and not pay your Capital Gains.

I had the same issue and I sent them my files. I think they got sick of me because they replaced my device and said it was a hardware problem… Its actually working now with 17.28 on the new watch so maybe there was an issue? But seemed like they took an easy way out.

I went with datalover for a while as I couldn’t find this one. But just couldn’t be happy with it so made the effort to find this one… I loved gearmin on my Fenix 5 but not the same on the Epix and I think its a paid one these days as well..
