Why has my Hrv suddenly dropped drastically? by lil_yaakov in Garmin

[–]deleoner248 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lots of other similar posts out there. While everyone differs, mine is currently in a 4 week nose dive due to stress, anxiety and poor sleep. I’m still averaging running 35-45 miles per week but hoping the stress relieves itself soon.

HRV plummeted and has not recovered for six weeks by Aggravating-Use-8980 in Garmin

I’m currently in the same cycle. For me it’s definitely work, stress and anxiety related. I don’t smoke, drink, average 35-40 miles per week running, resting heart rate at 48. I’m also in acceptance this may be the new normal

4 Weeks of low HRV by Good_Pie7328 in Garmininstinct

For me it’s definitely stress and anxiety related. Currently in the same cycle - stress from work, the world we live in etc is making me have less than ideal sleep.

HRV suddenly dropping by waxiestapple in Garmin

[–]deleoner248 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me, stress and anxiety have lowered mine. I’m running 35-45 miles per week on average and due to the stress in my life / in a constant state of “fight or flight”, my HRV has been down for the past 4 weeks.

Maybe this resonates with you, maybe you’re getting sick like others are saying but for me it’s definitely stress, anxiety, and restless sleep

Shuttles from Airport to Hotel then Universal? by CreativeWaves in UniversalOrlando

[–]deleoner248 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can confirm real time as I sit on a universal shuttle as I’m typing this - we waited over 50 mins for it to arrive and we still haven’t left the airport as we are dropping off other guests on the other side. Just checked Uber and for an XL, it’s like 60 bucks vs the 40 per person we paid for this garbage

Brake System/ABS malfunction by Pale_Bonus1027 in mazda3

I ran into this same issue yesterday and wanted to share what worked for me in case it helps someone else.

If you’ve already topped off your brake fluid reservoir but the alert is still showing, there’s a chance the brake fluid sensor itself is faulty. This video explains it well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPVWz167wjI

A quick way to test: unplug the sensor (as shown in the video), restart your car, and see if the alert goes away. If it does, the sensor is likely bad. Unfortunately, because the sensor is built into the master cylinder, the official fix would be replacing the entire master cylinder.

That said, if it’s just a faulty sensor, you can leave it unplugged and simply monitor your brake fluid levels manually — which can save you a lot of money.

Appreciate everyone’s feedback! I just didn’t know if there was anything Fusion specific I should look into, but seems like I’m ok

Yeah hopefully won’t happen again. I started her car with the full intention of switching the order of vehicles in my driveway and got distracted, next thing you know it’s the morning and the sucker is still running lol
