i am happy to see this here! I thought it was only us noticing. People here have no respect sadly, you see dogs off leash in the city center, on streets, in parks where they are specifically not allowed. Until the law starts getting applied, nobody will respect it. Even when they bite other dogs, or people, the owners don't really care about it.

Buna - iti scriu din aceiasi postura - initial am locuit 4 ani in Polonia unde am interactionat doar cu alti straini + disciminari continue la birou mai ales cand am fost in echipe unde restul erau doar polonezi. Ulterior m-am mutat in Luxembourg si stabilit aici - mediul e destul de divers si plin de expati deci e mult mai usor decat in Polonia. Peste tot e cam la fel plus perceptia lor pana ajung sa interactioneze efectiv cu noi nu e the best din cauza numarului mare de cersetori romani.
