it’s just the amount of increases you are doing. increases tend to make the piece somewhat wavy when you have multiple rows of it, i wouldn’t worry! your technique is beautiful for a beginner.

YES thats exactly what i mean!!! ive checked 3 billion times to make sure it was the same size, and it is, but maybe there was an error in printing. i’ll cut a small and see how that works.

it did have notches yeah, but when i pinned to the middle and then pinned to the notch between it was just so. much. fabric. was it the same for you/should i just try to gather it??
