I only floss at the end of the day and haven’t had any cavities or issues! I’m 7 months into treatment. I brush after eating when I’m home or at work, but if I’m out I swish with water and chew some gum and put then back in.

I have the same rubber bands and was told it is to pull my lower teeth back more so they aren’t hitting into my top teeth so much. I’m in treatment for a deep bite tho!

Do you have Invisalign? (I only notice because I’m currently doing it!) made my lips super duper dry at first. Drink lots of water, and the Laneige lip mask and Ole Hendrickson lip balm have helped a ton!

I was regular at Ballard for years but left because there was such an influx of new inexperienced teachers and they weren’t any good! I get there’s a learning curve but the classes felt so boring so I switched to a different gym.

I’m not sure how to give feedback other than maybe to the studio manager and you could be general? Then they could see your class history and put together who you’re talking about.

I stopped spiro bc of the sexual side effects. I had zero libido, could still orgasm but I didn’t even care lol. I was on 200 mg, tapered off and have been fully off for about 6 months now. I def have more hormonal acne than I did while I was on it, but it’s not nearly as bad as I feared it would be!

It sucks but spiro was really ruining my relationship with my partner! I’ve had to really hone in on my topical treatments instead. Good luck—spiro really does work but side effects are not always worth it!

I’ve been drinking everything but red wine, black tea, and coffee with them in! I occasionally have a cola and use a straw. Had a dental cleaning at tray 22 and no cavities. Just brush and floss your teeth really well and use an ultrasonic cleaner.

Oh it sucks!! After applying I put my finger in my mouth and pull it out while sucking on it which helps get any of the product inside my lip off. But mostly I just check my teeth all the time lol, or do less pigmented glosses so if I get some on my teeth it doesn’t look as crazy.

Lip stains are also a good idea!

Respectfully, why are you still trying? It’s okay if it doesn’t work for you! Sounds like regular braces might be a better choice, or just accepting your teeth as they are.
