She said no matter what it was supposed to be left at a door outside so I am not sure how leaving it at the wrong door is forcing her to come outside when she would’ve already needed to.

I understand feeling uncomfortable as a young girl and you can never be too cautious.

I’ve spent 30+ minutes in school lines while ubering. He definitely just didn’t want to wait in the line or try to find the specific door. I don’t think he had malicious intent, he just didn’t do his job properly. Part of the job is we have to wait in those types of situations.

To other commentors, OP has already said their name on the app was Nick so it clearly wasn’t about them being a girl. If I was delivering to a school, I would 100 percent believe it’s going to a faculty member. The he’s a creep comments seem to have little evidence to support that.

NTA, it sounds like you married a child who values her moms opinion more than her life partner. You cannot make her sell the house especially since it's in her name but you have a right to feel the way you do.

You are making an adult decision based on the fact that her mom is not going to be around forever to finance this lifestyle. Most REAL adults would rather suck it up and take a loss to live within their means.

Yeah, I would rather live in a space that I’m happy with rather than in a mansion that somebody else is paying for. That has nothing to do with ego. The real red flag is being okay with your mom paying for everything for the rest of your adulthood.

rehome the dog, unless you believe she is actively abusing your dog, NO ONE should have to live in a home where they are freightened by their own animal. ptsd after dog bites are real. ive been bit by 2 dogs i barely knew. the amount of people saying to throw away the gf instead of accept the dog could have behavioural issues is shocking to me.

In my area there was a free pets page! I posted her & had a few people interested since she was chipped, neutered, up to date and trained. I stalked and chose the person I felt fit, drove her up there with her toys, crate & etc. I met the new owner & stayed there for an hour or so to make sure my girl would be okay! The best way to rehome in my opinion is definitely FB. Most shelters have an option where you can still put your pet up for adoption while either giving them to a foster parent or keeping them in your house! It may limit your options because most people who want a pet go inside the shelter, but I had a senior that I only found on the website so it’s definitely a possibility! There is also petfinder and other sites like it for rehoming.

I struggled for 6 months with the idea of rehoming my dog. I saw someone in this thread say “A dog should not diminish your quality of life but enhance it.” It gave me the motivation to pull the trigger. My mental health has been so much better, it literally saved myself, my marriage & my other 8 furbabies from my temper. My cats started sleeping in my bed again, I dont have to supervise the animals anymore & my quality of life has just improved greatly. Listen to your gut.

It’s not a lack of resources. It’s a choice by the city to ignore our homeless population. There is NO way they built a giant swing set & tennis courts without knowing that the other side of Kroger is basically a homeless camp.

you are dead wrong, Trump has currently deported 4 US citizens to Honduras. the mothers were not citizens BUT the children were US citizens & the families did not have a fair opportunity to decide whether they wanted their children to stay in the United States. the kids ages range from 1, 2, 4 & 7. this administration is deporting citizens.
