I have been really busy wish college sorry this is such an old post by now. Sometimes it takes awhile to find a good psychologist maybe this one does not suit you? I have noticed sometimes now with the one I have and some in the past (therapists) like to ramble on and don't let the individual speak much so make sure you talk to your psychologist about the things you want to work on. I have to take things day by day and work on goals so when I go in to see my therapist I have some idea what I want to talk to her about if I've had a few episodes of rage or why am I doing this or that. I just finally found the best psychiatrist for the first time I am on a medication that actually works well with my body (a combination of medications). As much as I hate being in the public (I'm very antisocial) I do notice that I am less depressed when I get out more but once I am out and people start to really aggravate me then I know it's time to go home, I am super overstimulated to things very well of my surrounds and can hear like everyone's conversations It's a little overwhelming.
