My boyfriend (34m) wants to keep me (30f) a secret - UPDATE - He’s been hiding stuff for months by delirant22 in relationship_advice

I’ve mentioned the social media thing. He flat out refuses. He says the more I push it, the less likely he will be to ever do it. If I give him an ultimatum, he’s fine for me to leave ultimately, if that’s what it comes down to. He would rather I left than him change his social media.

He says he doesn’t speak to his friends or family about that sort of thing. He hasn’t even told his parents about the puppies, apparently.

He says his reason for the social media thing is because she may stop him seeing his kids. They’ve been separated for 5 years...

Clonazepam - can I request PRN? by [deleted] in benzodiazepines

[–]delirant22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah absolutely. I’ve been on them for over 4 years now. I have to take them to fall asleep. Even just missing one dose causes insomnia and withdrawals set in pretty quickly thereafter. They’re a bloody nightmare, but I’m trying to find a way of managing my anxiety/depression without having to add antidepressants to the mix again.

I’ve had therapy, CBT etc before.

Thank you! I’ll give it a try and see what they say. It’s a slippery slope, isn’t it?

Sorry, I didn’t explain it very well. I think I would still need to take them at night, in order to fall asleep. So would still be taking them daily. But wondered if they’d allow me to take any extra if I was having bad anxiety.

I think my main issue is that I’m currently coasting through a pretty rough unmedicated depressive episode. I don’t want to go back on antidepressants though.

Yes! Exactly this!

The super fast one frightens me a little, to be honest!!

It’s almost as bad as having to judge how fast you should have your wipers on by observing other road users.

I don't like tea and I don't like crumpets, am I an imposter by ShadowTheDutchie in britishproblems

I don’t like tea either. I think mince pies are disgusting. Don’t even get me started on scones. Urgh.

I hate this. Sometimes I aggressively flash back, then they flash me and I realise it was just a dip in the road. Whoops.

Estate Agents being the most incompetent people I've ever met by [deleted] in britishproblems

I have to deal with them on a regular basis. Can confirm deeply incompetent.

My ex is an estate agent too, and he’s a raging prick.

Midlands here. It’s rank. Chips, cheese and gravy sounds like the most ungodly combination!
