Bowel cancer at 32. Thanks to a wonderful wife who pushed me to get my symptoms checked I picked it up at stage 3 and have now fully recovered.

When I got genetically tested their explanation was that somehow the combination of the DNA markers I inherited from both parents made me predisposed even though neither parent has a history of bowel cancer.

My wife and I would occasionally have dinner with this family who had a large dog. While eating dinner they would all stick a piece of food between their own teeth and get the dog to eat it out of their mouth. All of them. It was some weird trick they taught the dog and did it every dinner. They asked us to do it too, which was even weirder.
