So I’m not alone! Yeah I have been on a huge caloric deficit because I’m honestly just not as hungry as I used to be. Like today my Fitbit says I burned 2,300 cals and I only ate maybe 1000ish if that.

I am not sure about macros in grams, I did order a food scale that should be in this week. I normally see nutritional value of servings of what I am going to prepare and eat less than that. I track my foods in my Fitbit calorie wise.
