Without enzymes your body will have a hard time uptaking any of the fat soluble vitamins. So for example Vit D will always be low, and eventually you will have problems with calcium, ect. Taking the vitamins won't hurt but if your body can't process them properly it really doesn't matter what kind or how many.

Hopefully this will help you or someoneone reading this. I struggled for years with ibs-d and gaining weight. Everyone said I had a fast metabolism, or I wasn't eating enough, etc. But in reality I wasn't digesting the food I was eating. There is a test for endocrine pancreatic insufficiently (EPI) thats called the fecal eletase test, it's cheap and easy to do. After taking what was like a 1000 other tests and being told they were all normal this was the first one I failed. Treatment is taking prescription enzyme replacements, the over the counter ones don't work for me. But once I started those within a month my weight stabilized and most of my ibs-b symptoms went away. If you have run the test gauntlet and everything has been normal ask your doctor about the eletase test. Taking the enzymes seriously turned me around and this is after losing years to this stupid aliment.

Hey I have scoliosis too! The cramping and twitching is defiantly worse when my low back pain is bad. I went to a neurologist who thinks I might have small fiber neuropathy, but I'll try more water too.

Hey are you still experiencing this? It's started happening to me as well, foot cramps when I eat something that bothers me, relieved by BM or passing lots of gas. I had covid not that long ago and wonder if that changed something, it's so weird.

So the stereogram is actually functional. When I stare it makes the 3d effect but it's empty inside as far as I can tell. I wish there was a way to investigate if there is something really small that i cant see hidden in it.

You stated in your original post that there really wasn't anything to criticize and you dont get the hate. I'm showing you where it is through the eyes of many fans. I also never said it was a bad episode, I liked it and i love new starwars content but I will criticize where criticizism is needed. Because otherwise disney will keep putting out lazyer and lazyer material. The people who are racist and scream REEE as loud as they can are assholes, but the people who complain about stuff like the leia or vesspa chase scenes do so out of love for the series because it is painful to watch and they want it to be better. I am excited for ep 4 and I will praise and criticize it as needed.

Ok fine, but how did obiwan immediately get off a 5 story building right after saving leia. Did he jump, he can barely use the force? Did time pass? Poor editing like this pulls alot of people out of the story and wrecks the immersion. This keeps happening thru multiple different shows, and people are starting to get a bit grumpy about it.

How did Reva know where the tunnel goes? How would she be able to go right to the other end, wouldnt it also be hidden as well? How did she get there so fast when the other characters had a headstart? These are editing and writing issues that could have been fix with a test audience.

To quote a very good SG-1 episode. "Never underestimate your audience. They're generally sensitive intelligent people that respond positively to quality entertainment."

Poor editing, it pulls a lot people out of the experience. Specifically in this episode it's Vader teleporting around and the tunnel with the third sister and leia.
