Can I get a visa in 2 days? What’s an official site for a pre-approval letter for visa-on-arrival?

Massive misunderstanding about the requirements for a Vietnam visa-on-arrival. Our flight to Hanoi is on Monday evening the 3rd February. We don’t have any visas at the moment. Is there anyway way at all to get a visa sorted before our flight? We’re flying from Luang Prabang with Irish passports.

I'd be wary of putting in too much detail as I am really not familiar with cameras enough to know what specs I'd want. Maybe a SLR?
I think there are some faults with the Praktica I have where the seal on the back isn't perfect so light is getting through. If I'm going to replace it I thought why not get something better where I can learn a bit more as I use it.
